$199.95 and $299.95 LLC Formation and Incorporation Services
A do-it-yourself approach to limited liability company formation works for many people--but not for everybody.
Accordingly, for business owners and investors who don't want to take the do-it-yourself route but who do want a one-owner limited liability company in the state in which they reside, we will prepare the documents you need to form a limited liability company in a number of states, including California, Florida, Michigan, Texas, Virginia and Washington.Fast $199.95 Limited Liability Company Formation Services
To use the $199.95 service, follow these two simple steps:
STEP 1: please e-mail steve.nelson@stephenlnelson.com the following information:
1. The name that you want to use and the address (including county--that's county not countRy) for your new LLC.
3. Your name and social security number. (Note: If you don't want to provide your social security number, you can omit this data and instead fill in this information on your documents when you receive the LLC formation paperwork from us.)
4. Date you will start business (this can be as soon as filed).
5. Number of employees you'll hire (if any), when you'll hire them, and how much you'll pay them in the first year.
6. Type of business you'll engage in.
7. Whether you want to elect C or S corporation tax treatment for your LLCs
8. Telephone numbers and email addresses we can use to contact you with questions
Important Tip about Naming Your Limited Liability Company: You need to use a unique name for your limited liability company--a name that isn't too similar to an existing LLC's name. The easiest way to test your preferred name is to google on your name. To test the name "Riverside Construction LLC", for example, google on this phrase including the quotation marks. If you find someone already uses your preferred name in your state, you'll need to come up with a different name.
STEP 2: Make a PayPal payment for $199.95 payable to Stephen L. Nelson, Inc. by clicking the button below and then following the prompts that PayPal provides.
After we receive both your email and payment, we will prepare and email you the following items:
To complete the formation process, you'll need to sign the formation documents and then send them and a check for the filing fee to your state LLC office. After you get the LLC certificate back from the state, you'll need to sign and send in the employer identification number application to the IRS.
Tip: Check the web page that describes the do-it-yourself LLC formation kit for your state. The QuickFacts blurbs at the top of that page provides both the state's LLC filing fee and typical processing time.
